The webinars will be conducted on Mondays from 12.00 noon to 2.00 p.m.
The issue on good management of construction contract becomes essential since it involves a complex and interrelated management and competency skill including engineering, technical, account management, law and regulations and all procedures applicable and identical for each construction contract. The construction project which involves cost, time, materials and other resources to be managed sufficiently in order to maximize profit but at the same time to successfully deliver an acceptable, complied and satisfactory project to the client.
The target participants shall be anyone from the construction background especially those who are involved in contract management, claim, variation order, procurement, as well as for site staff, to expose them to the theme for efficient service and deliverable.
The BEM approved CPD for each webinar is 2 hours. CPD from MBOT and CIDB CCD is also available for subscribing to all four webinars.
Registration fee per webinar is RM 40.00 per person (ACEM member firms) and RM 60.00 per person (non-members). If you sign up for all four webinars, the registration fee is RM 150.00 per person.
