Synopsis
Tunnel and Trenchless Technology(or No‐Dig methodology), developed and improved over decades enables construction of large
underground infrastructure, laying of pipes, conduct condition assessment, rehabilitation, replacement and renewal without (or with
limited) excavations. The obvious benefits of these Technologies are the limited environmental and social impact associated with traditional
open trench construction methods. Among the many technologies employed in Malaysia, Tunnel and Pipe Jacking and Micro tunnelling
techniques are now the most commonly used methodologies for the installation and/or construction new MRT, Water tunnels ,sewers and
other utility tunnels.
The workshop is strictly limited seats available on a first come, first served basis (Only paid participants will be considered. Seat is secured only after payment made). Interested members can register themselves by filling the form provided in flyer and email to us (iem.miri@gmail.com).
