IEM YES Technical Visit to Bintulu Edible Oils & Tokuyama

SYNOPSIS
Bintulu Edible Oils Sdn Bhd is one of the eight key palm oil refineries in Malaysia under PGEO group which is owned by Wilmar International Limited. Situated in Kidurong Industrial Area, it produces refined, bleached and deodorized palm oil, olein and stearin. Its operation commences since July 1992.
The Samalaju factory of Tokuyama Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is a polycrystalline silicon manufacturing plant situated in the Samalaju Industrial Park. This polysilicon is a very important raw material for producing semiconductors and solar cells.

For those who owns a car and willing to drive, we have a special offer for you. We are looking into the possibility of carpooling  to bring our participants from Miri to Bintulu. The driver will fetch another 4 participants from the gathering point and bring them back to Miri after the visit ends. In return, the driver will have the registration fee waived and get extra RM100 as petrol subsidy. Ms. Yeong will confirm with you if you are selected as the driver.
