Green building concept is new to Miri community, especially to both local developers, students, graduates and investors. Miri city had been developing rapidly over the years with the growing demand in constructions such as hotels, apartments, malls and offices. With that, it is essential to introduce GBI (Green Building Index) to the local community. This is to allow engineers and developers to focus on efficient use of resource such as energy, water and material and reduce impact on human health and environment.
Targets: Students, Engineers, Developers, Government personnel and all Local Authorities.
