IEM G&S - YES Badminton Tournament 2009 (Updated)

G&S Young Engineers Section (YES) of the Institution of Engineers, Malaysia (IEM) Miri Branch would like to invite all of those who are interested to join the IEM G&S-YES Badminton Tournament 2009.
The tournament will be held at KBL Lutong, on
- 21st February 2009 (8am till 4pm)
- 22nd February 2009 (8am till 2pm)
- 28th February 2009 (8am till 4pm) – Final Matches
The tournament is held for Doubles (32 teams), Mixed Doubles (16 teams) and Singles (16 players). The registration fee will be RM 45 nett for Doubles and Mixed Doubles teams, and RM 25 for Singles players, payable at the IEM Miri branch office.

Update 1: The competition is open to the public for both engineers and non-engineers.
Update 2: A meeting will be held at 5.30pm on 20th February 2009 (Friday) in the IEM Office to decide the matches for the badminton tournament. All participants are needed to attend it.

2nd: Team DBNA1 (Simon Nawang, Caroline Siburat)
3rd: Team Omega (Chris Ng Zhuo Li, Khor Jan Nie)
Men’s Double
1st: Team Belasah Jak (Jemain Bin Kassin, Awang Kusairi)
2nd: Team Ocheng (Mohd Akbar bin Roslan, Low Ooi Kwan)
3rd: Team Dynamic Duo (Khairulhisyam Jamel, Mazaitul Iqmal Bin Zainal)
